We want you to love your Alpkit gear, but if it's not quite right, you can return any item in its original condition within 123 days for a full refund or exchange. Our process is designed to be as simple and sustainable as possible to get you back outdoors.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
